Fire Consultant

Fire Consultant required to join a forward-thinking, employee owned multidisciplinary consultancy to support with varied projects in Yorkshire, Humber and Northeast of the country. The Fire Consultant The successful fire consultant will work on projects including residential, healthcare, education and commercial. There is already an established team of fire risk assessors and consultants who carry out risk assessments and external wall, remediation fire strategies and provide fire advisory services such as compliance with Approved Document B. The Role of the Fire Consultant The fire consultant will be required, depending on skillset and experience to: Carry out Fire Risk Assessments, Tier 2 required Offer guidance on compliance using Approved Document B Retrospective fire strategies Undertake fire integrity / compartmentation surveys to identify breaches, proposed remedial repairs through to preparation of specification and design Review contractors' proposals on construction projects and provide comment on suitability for the intended purpose The Fire Consultant Specification Level 3 Fire Safety Tier 2 Experienced and strong knowledge of UK building legislation In Return… Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 28 days Holiday + Bank holidays Employee owned consultancy, (tax benefits) Discretionary bonus Pension scheme Car allowance Company Share Scheme (available to all employees) Gym Membership Loans Private medicalIf you are a Fire Consultant, considering your opportunities please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James REF:19180MC
