A rapidly growing company with a strong track record in managing and maintaining distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in their solar PV services.
The Role
Ideal for a results-oriented sales professional to develop and execute a sales strategy for a preventative maintenance, panel cleaning, and pigeon proofing services for rooftop solar installations. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new revenue stream for a thriving company in a rapidly expanding market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, customer targeting, and deal closing.
- Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including product and pricing optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the solar PV industry is advantageous
