The hourly rate for the Sous Chef role is £18~£25 including service charge.
Were looking for a Sous Chef to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years!
The role of the Sous Chef is to successfully assist our kitchen brigade throughout service. Ideal commis chef candidates should have the following:
As a seasoned chef, you'll be capable of running all sections that are part of our kitchen brigade
Youll have prior experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high volume venue
Work in collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of consistency and high-quality service of world-class dishes
Proven ability to manage a kitchen operation including scheduling, stock ordering, prep list, stock check, maintenance reporting and day-to-day leadership of the kitchen brigade
You'll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen's high standards in food rotation and restocking.
Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain impeccable kitchen and food safety standards, all while utilizing state-of-the-art kitchen production equipment.
