As my clients in-house legal expert, you'll be the guiding force for their teams navigating the exciting landscape of contracts across the UK, Europe, and Africa.

Take the lead in ensuring compliance, developing efficient processes, and delivering top-notch training tailored to each region.

From steering client negotiations to managing worker agreements and resolving employment issues, you'll bring your knowledge and flair to every aspect of the contract lifecycle.

• Handle a variety of commercial and legal matters across the UK and Europe while providing first-class legal advice to the business.
• Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and offer top-notch recruitment engagement support.
• Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services like permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
• Provide legal advice for new ventures in both new and existing territories, ensuring compliance and crafting solid commercial models in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team.
• Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure we stay in line with NES Fircroft’s Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).

Looking for:

• Someone that has been qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in Europe.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts.
