Overview: An Amazing opportunity to join main kitchen at The Londoneras a Junior Sous Chef . As a Junior Sous Chef you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the signature kitchenConcept. Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade. About You: Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment. Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
