They are looking to drive significant growth over the next 3-5 years, trebling the number of projects they get involved with each month as well as expanding their presence across the country.
They are seeking an exceptional Non-Executive Director to help secure new investment into the business and provide guidance as they look to drive significant growth.
Non-Executive Director The Role:
They are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in investment relations to assume the role of Non-Executive Director. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of the business and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Non-Executive Director Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong and ethical leadership as the Non-Executive Director of the Board
- Collaborate with fellow Directors to set the strategic vision and goals
- Drive additional investment into the business to support business activity
- Act as the go-to-person for any restrictive covenant advice and support
Non-Executive Director You:
- Proven experience of driving investment into an organisation as an investment manager, broker or similar
- Prior experience of operating within the real estate space would be ideal
- Previous experience in a NED/Non-Executive Director role is desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of restrictive covenant
