Job Title: Senior Vice President (SVP) Sales (EMEA) - Cyber Company: Series C Sales ARR: $80MIL+ Reports: 5 direct reports (VP level), ~60+ indirect across Enterprise, Commercial & SMB Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) Sales for EMEA. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity, a strong understanding of Enterprise & Commercial sector needs, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation within Sales & GTM. This individual must have prior experience working within the Cyber Vendor space ideally with SaaS, Endpoint & Cloud experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of the Sales & GTM strategy driving sales activity and pipeline Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy over a 3-5 year period. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of cyber threats. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Business Development: Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase market share in Enterprise & Commercial sectors. Oversee the proposal and bid process for securing new contracts and partnerships. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external Ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients Operational Excellence: Implement robust processes and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cybersecurity sales. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity Sales & GTM professionals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development. Set clear objectives and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and recognition. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience working with Enterprise & Commercial Sectors Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cybersecurity strategies and solutions. Skills: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and best practices. Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and profitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.
