(will also accept alternate weekends) Happy to accommodate every individual.We are offering the following shift patterns: The 6 hour: (early) 8.00 am - 1.00 pm OR (late) 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm. And the 12 hour shift pattern: 8.00 am - 8.00 pm. Recruiting for multiply people. Guaranteed pay, guaranteed hours.Salary: £13.00 per hour. Extras include paid travel time at £11.44 per hour and 30p per mile for fuel allowance. Double bank holiday ratesCar not essential, however is preferable.Full paid training and client shadowing provided before you start. We cover areas in Northwest Kent. Offers subject to: Training, Enhanced DBS, and referencesMinimum of 1 hour client visits. No rushing just quality care.Job DescriptionAssisting elderly individuals on a one to one basis to maintain and promote independent living. Each of our client's have a care plan and activities that are tailored to their way of life. However you will be trained in the following aspects of care and be willing to support both male and females with these services:Personal hygiene careAdministering, prompting and managing medicationManual handling and assisting with mobilityFood preparation, nutrition and hydrationSocial activities and safe exerciseRunning external activities such as shopping trips and attending appointmentsLogging visit notes and liaising with the officePromoting healthy and happy lifestyleLight housekeeping Most importantly building relationships and providing companionshipPlease note these activities will vary from one individual to the next, no client is the same and that makes for an interesting and stimulating environment.
