Applications Engineer Permanent Norfolk £50,000 > £55,000 (depending on experience) We are working with a globally recognised manufacturing business who are looking to add a Applications Engineer to join their talented and longstanding team. This business has established a reputation for excellence in machinery, and prioritises sustainability and innovation in-house and amongst their suppliers. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development, installation, and commissioning of company machines Create and modify PLC synchronised motion applications Install and configure Linux IPCs in machines Write software programs for safety PLCs / HMI software Electrical troubleshooting Visiting Customer premises as and when required to update / fault find / commission / install / repair machinery Key Criteria Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge and experience working to UK manufacturing standards Flexibility to visit Customer premises in the UK / stay away if required (approx. 10% off-site) Full UK driving license Full Right to Work in the UK For more information on this Applications Engineer opportunity, please click to apply now!
