Sales Administrator / Order Processor. We are looking for Sales Order Processors to join a Market leading business based in Normanton, West Yorkshire. As a Sales order processor you will be responsible for the allocation and processing of all incoming enquires and orders on the companies CRM Duties will cover : Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately within specified timescales Ensuring all orders are checked to ensure they are correct to quote and configured correctly Monitoring the progress of all orders and highlighting any issues Resolving any order/invoicing queries Producing reports and updating KPI’s Communicate effectively with all internal departments Experience required: Microsoft experience (Excel & Outlook) Customer Service Experience Sales Administration Good time management and workload organisation Good Listening Skills This exciting opportunity may lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate. The hourly rate will increase to £12.50 after 12 weeks.
