Operations Analyst As an Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of online and in-person training programmes, ensuring efficient resource scheduling, identifying process improvements, and providing valuable insights through data analysis for our client's senior management team. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our client's operations. The ideal candidate will have a ability to multi-task, be proactive and have a solutions focused attitude. Reports to: Head of Operations Key Responsibilities: Resource Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule resources, including trainers, equipment, and materials, for virtual and onsite training courses. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet course requirements. Act as the system administrator / owner of the SaaS program used for all training operations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes related to training course delivery. Collaborate with various teams to implement and manage these improvements on an ongoing basis. Weekly Status Updates: Prepare and deliver weekly status updates on the progress of training operations, resource allocation, and any ongoing process improvements. Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement. Data Analysis: Input, analyse, and interpret data related to all training operations to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to the senior management team. Contractor Management: Manage the schedules and assignments for over 30 virtual training producer part time contractors, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the delivery of training courses and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback from team members, the Head of Operations and other SMT as well as data analysis. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource schedules, process changes, and data analysis results. Ensure that all relevant documentation is readily available for reference. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations analysis, project management, or a related role. Experience in managing schedules and coordinating resources is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, SaaS programs, etc.). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
