If you’re a culinary whiz who loves perfecting pub classics, mastering roasts, and stretching dough to create drool-worthy pizzas, we want you to join our team.   What You'll Be Doing: Pizza Pro: Show off your dough-stretching skills and craft mouthwatering pizzas. Pub Classic Maestro: Serve up traditional roasts and beloved pub fare with flair. Solo Superstar: Run the kitchen solo until we grow – you'll be the master of your culinary domain! Menu Innovator: Put your stamp on our menu with delicious dishes that keep customers coming back. Clean Kitchen Champion: Keep the kitchen spotless, safe, and in tip-top shape. Stock Guru: Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Your Schedule: Monday: Closed (Yep, enjoy your Mondays off!) Tuesday - Friday: 5pm - 10pm (Dinner magic happens here) Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 10pm (Weekend feast mode) What We're Looking For: Experience making pizzas and stretching dough like a pro. Skilled at cooking pub favourites and perfect roasts. Ability to work independently and take charge of kitchen operations. Creativity and enthusiasm for creating and refining menu items.
