Placement Officer

Placement Officer Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Placement Officer in Camden The Placement Officer will be responsible for the identification and sourcing of the most cost effective service, at the best price, to meet the eligible needs of the customer as assessed by the customer's key worker. This is a Hybrid position. Main Responsibilities As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for: Ensure support is in place within agreed timelines as set out in the team processes and procedure.
