Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer, Siemens - Prototrak (Training on Siemens controls provided if needed)

Overtime: Overtime at x1.5.
Shift:
Days 40Hrs 7am - 4:30pm with half hour breaks Monday - Thursday, 7-11 on Friday
Salary: £18ph DOE

Based in Leeds our client executes a wide range of complex assemblies alongside, bespoke and batch complex fabricated & machined components for clients in all industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will be a fully skilled engineer, experienced programmer, setter and operator.
About the Role:
Programming, setting and operating Milling machines
⦁ Program unaided from engineering drawings ⦁ Carrying out dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment. ⦁ Cad/Cam available - fusion360, Onecnc and shopmill ⦁ Maintaining a clean and safe workplace ⦁ 40 hours per week.
Candidate Requirements:
⦁ Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience ⦁ 2, 3 axis programming ⦁ Fully conversant using Siemens and Prototrak controls ⦁ Be fully competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings. ⦁ Responsible for quality ⦁ Enthusiasm to produce the best possible quality. ⦁ Experience working with tight tolerances and deadlines. ⦁ Have a flexible attitude towards working hours as overtime may be required. ⦁ Experience of working to own initiative. ⦁ Good interpersonal/communication skills ⦁ Career Progression Available
