Responsibilities: As Regional Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing domain, plan, activities and budgets in your region. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the market for both B2C and B2B segments. You will initiate, execute and monitor results of, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, social media, SEO, PR, and Conferences. You will utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals. Requirements: Team player. Rock star without the ego. Fast learner who works hard and gets things done. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing Proven experience in leading regional marketing initiatives. Proven experience in building a brand. Experience in both B2B and B2C offline/online marketing campaigns. Experience in managing content creators. Experience with marketing automation systems, HubSpot is preferred Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Experience in working with international PR firms and sponsoring global conferences. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into marketing plans. Strong interpersonal skills and a very proactive approach. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent
