Our client are a well-established main contractor based in Glasgow, with a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the education and commercial sectors. They are currently seeking to appoint a qualified Site Engineer on a permanent basis to their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing all on-site technical and engineering matters related to our projects across the commercial and education sectors.

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.

Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the education and commercial sectors.

Proficient in site layout, setting out.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
