This is a d2c subscription-based company in the F&B space.

THE ROLE

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Optimising the entire customer journey across a variety of channels
• Making the journeys more automated and analysing how they flow through the different channels
• Work with the development team for new workflows
• Conduct A/B tests and optimisation when needed

Your Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in marketing, copy, communications or design
• HTML experience
• Experience with ESPs
• Commercially minded, systems and process-orientated
• Basic SQL would be useful but not necessary
• Experience conducting A/B tests
• Experience mapping out customer journeys
