About the Company:

An ambitious, London based, top 100 firm of accountants is looking for an enthusiastic Audit Senior to join their growing Audit Team. The firm has approximately 70 staff and the Audit team is 7 members strong and growing rapidly.

You will be joining a very vibrant office, with regular social activities and an inclusive culture. The firm is led by a young and focused partner group who have demonstrated that rapid career growth is achievable for high performers.

About the Opportunity:

They are looking for audit seniors who have an interest in the not-for-profit sector and are keen to develop specialist expertise.

About the Responsibilities:

Experience supervising audits from planning through to completion

Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the year

Ability to prepare statutory accounts from the clients trial balance or management accounts.

Ability to work as within a team and independently

Review and coach more junior team members

About the Applicant:

They successful candidate will have:

Professional Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)

Excellent grammar, numerical skills and close attention to detail

Works well as part of a team as well as individually

Has the ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.

Listens to, understands and communicates confidently with others in a clear, concise, polite and purposeful way.

Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills.

Takes ownership of assigned tasks.

Actively seeks to enhance own expertise and knowledge.

Ability to produce accurate and timely work.

Ability to build relationships.

Adopts a pro-active approach to work.

Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
