Job title: Heavy Plant Fitter (HS2) Job location: Cannock and Surrounding Area What's in it for you? Excellent pension contributions (matching up to 11%) 25 days holidays + Bank holidays Company Van or Hilux Shifts: Days (Mon-Fri) Hours + rate: 60 Hours a week (12 hour days) 40 Hours (Basic) at £20.53 per hour 20 hours (1.5x OT) at £30.79 per hour Duration: Permanent Start date: ASAP Position Summary: Working as part of the support for the ongoing HS2 Project around the Cannock Region - Candidates will be providing mechanical assistance on breakdowns as well as maintaining and fulling servicing a host of heavy plant machinery - particularly focussed around heavy compaction equipment such as Rollers. The role is contracted to provide support for 12 hours per day Candidates will have: 5 years industry experience to NVQ level 2 or above in construction plant. Held a driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Knowledge of Compaction Equipment preferred but not essential.
