Role DescriptionEnsuring all machinery breakdowns are responded to quickly and efficiently.Fault findingWorking closely with the Production team ensuring productivity performanceCarrying out improvement work and modifications to improve the overall line efficiencyInvestigate, propose and apply continuous process improvementsHelp train and mentor operators and junior members of the team when needed Skills and QualificationsHNC or NVQ4 in an Engineering functionMechanical and/or Electrical qualificationSupervisory experience (advantageous)Previous experience within a similar roleExperience working within FMCG, automotive or similar environments.
