Role Summary This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management. My client is a genuine people first business that is passionate about a positive culture and working environment based in London City. As an ESG Manager you will have the opportunity to drive change and improvement in ESG across all operations, internal team and occupier engagement and public realm and projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead ESG roadmap, supporting the team through ESG initiatives and partnerships. * Support integrated social value with an emphasis on people. * Champion equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging * Become an ESG resource to occupiers, building relationships, seeking opportunities for partnerships as well as growing and developing social value and sustainability networks. * Cultivate relationships with London Bridge City’s local community partners. * Work with Communications and Community Manager to raise awareness, promote and celebrate ESG projects. * Assist in delivering London Bridge City quarterly and annual impact reporting * Actively lead on the integration of ESG into team delivery plans, guiding plans to improve our overall outcome and execution of projects. * Ensuring project deliverables are successfully met to agreed timeline, ESG targets and within budget. * Implement projects to reduce adverse environmental or sustainability impacts and realise opportunities for socio-economic gains for occupiers and the client. * Innovative Solutions and Problem Solving * Developing Self and Others and willing to Learn Ideal Candidate * Experience of working in the Real Estate or Facilities Management * Ideally a few years spent in industry working on project and technical delivery around sustainability * A strong understanding of reporting and ability to translate data into best practice * A degree in a relevant discipline (environment, engineering, sustainability or energy-related subjects would be an advantage
