Senior Recruitment Consultant - Consumer Market

Hybrid Role - London based with clients x1 / x2 days per week.

FMCG or Consumer experience is essential for this role as you will be tasked to grow some of our core customers who operate within this sector.

The Role:


A Senior Recruitment position where you’re purely focussed on delighting our clients and candidates. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships and networking with clients across the Consumer industry.


This begins with sourcing and engaging job seekers and listening to their needs so we can help them achieve their personal career aspirations. For each new sales opportunity you initiate, you’ll have the choice of three mentors to support you through the process, enabling you to learn from the people you work best with and putting you in control of your development.


These are people who know first-hand what it takes to be successful in the role – Business Owners who have grown their own six figure recruitment desks and have a vested interest in seeing you succeed.


Our founders compare this role to growing your own business within a business, and this comes with all the accountability, demands, and rewards you would expect. Commissions are uncapped, kicker bonus is paid in line with the account growth. As well as the support from your mentor, you will also have ECW Searches leading technology, resources, and approach at your disposal.


You will also...


  • Identify and qualify potential candidates to fill the companies’ live vacancies.
  • Work on site with our London based customers a day or two a week.
  • Own the telephone – using it to engage and consult with candidates at all levels across a the consumer sector. Phone calls will be your primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities alongside using LinkedIn.
  • Learn your clients’ businesses and work to explore and uncover talent to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with our Co Founder to build and present valuable recruitment advice to our key accounts - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.
  • Develop trusted relationships with your candidates to retain their trust and grow your network.
