Your new role
Working on infrastructure schemes along the A47 corridor, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Civils Quantity Surveyor to join their team based on site. As Quantity Surveyor you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of their projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Main Duties:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare valuations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide support to project managers and site teams.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil engineering sector.
  • Understanding of JCT Contracts
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
