About the Role In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional repair services to our customers across Haringey.  You will be responsible for managing diaries for a specific trade, ensuring that resources are utilised efficiently and that services are delivered in a timely manner. Working closely with a small, collaborative team, you’ll plan and schedule tasks based on operational requirements and service level agreements, keeping things running smoothly. Clear and effective communication with customers is essential, ensuring they are informed about planned works and promptly notified of any necessary changes.
