Information & Cyber Security Manager Location: South Manchetser, Hybrid Working Salary: £60,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience Are you an experienced Cyber Security professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Information & Cyber Security Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Head of Cyber & Data Security in executing our cybersecurity strategies and ensuring the protection of our information assets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC) for continuous monitoring and incident detection. Manage security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption. Implement and mature Cyber Security controls to meet evolving threats. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts. Promote a culture of security awareness across the organisation. Lead Cyber Security testing and manage supplier relationships for security systems. Participate in risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.Critical Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.). Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Qualifications: Essential: Professional qualification in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
