Employability Tutor

The Growth Company’s (GC) Education and Skills team are looking for an Employability Tutor who will develop, promote, deliver, and assess training to maximise learning outcomes for learners. As one of the largest providers of skills and training in the UK, GC Education & Skills are dedicated to supporting businesses and individuals. See full benefits at, Life At GC | The Growth Company Key Responsibilities: * Deliver classroom based / accredited qualification entry 3 and level 2 to Greater Manchester (GM) residents (learners) of up to 12-15 people. * Carry out initial and on-going assessment to ensure students are on the right programme and receiving the right level of support. * Where appropriate, prepare learners to successfully undertake assignments or sit tests/exams to maintain high success rates. * Mark/assess students’ work, provide structured feedback and set development objectives for learners. About You: * Motivating and inspiring. * Supportive and flexible approach. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to plan and organise workload effectively. * IT skills including the ability to use technology. Skills Required: * Must hold teaching qualification – At least PTLLS Level 3 (Essential). * IAG Level 2 / Qualification or willingness to undertake training (Desirable). * Full UK Drivers Licence or able to travel across Greater Manchester. * Experience of working in employability is an advantage.
