Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Hybrid Role (ideally to work in the office 1 day a week, in Hertfordshire)Salary: £30,000-£40,000 DOE + Bonus + BenefitsAesthetic Search is currently working with a leading distributor of aesthetic skincare brands and medical devices. As the official distributor of cutting-edge technologies like LED, Micro-Needling, Mesotherapy, and Cryotherapy, our client partners with over 4,000 medical aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, and corporate spas across the UK and Ireland. Due to their exceptional growth, they are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.Role Overview:The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, supporting marketing functions, and driving growth. This role is ideal for a creative, proactive, self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact on the business.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Creation:Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to elevate brand awareness.Manage and grow social media accounts (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube), creating and scheduling engaging content.Design and produce marketing collateral (blogs, brochures, presentations) using Canva and Adobe tools.Organize events and trade shows, ensuring all marketing materials are current and impactful.Collaborate with the team to create materials for magazines, brochures, and new product releases.Leverage existing materials from brands to create cost-effective marketing content.Sales Support:Reach out to social media leads, qualify then and work inside sales and BDM team to convert to new customersEnsure timely follow-up on new leadsMaintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and report on marketing efforts.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to the team to optimize strategies.Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.Creative & Design:Design and production of ads, marketing materials, and social media content.Maintain and update the company website, including SEO optimization and content updates with website manager.Qualifications & Skills:Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign, with a strong creative flair.Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, IG, FB, TikTok).A good understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.A proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to track and report on marketing performance.Degree in Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in the beauty & aesthetics industry is a plus.What’s in it in for you?Opportunity to work with a growing company and be part of a team that values innovation and creativity.A role that offers the chance to make a real impact on the business, with the autonomy to bring your ideas to life.Competitive salary with pension and option to be eligible for annual bonus plan.How to Apply:If you’re a creative, results-driven individual looking to ‘crush’ your next role and grow with an expanding company, we want to hear from you!To explore this exciting opportunity further, click 'apply' or connect with Rachael Farr on LinkedIn.
