Synapri are working with a leading regulatory body to hire an experienced IAM Service Designer on an Inside IR35 contract basis for an initial 6 months. Our client are looking for someone who can undertake a comprehensive assessment of their Identity and Access Management capability and help to create journeys, blueprints and roadmaps to better communicate the old and new services and identify pain points The key responsibilities for the role are: Designing concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps that communicate how the old and new services work including the identification of pain points Facilitating workshops with SMEs to map out the end-to-end, front-to-back events at the intersection of technology, business and design Shape how behind-the-scenes processes and support functions interact with each other and how these impact the design process Analysing, consolidating, and communicating findings to stakeholders in order to strategically frame, validate and quantify the problem being solved and help inform the wider strategic roadmap of initiatives Create, manage and maintain Service Design documentation ensuring this is delivered to industry standard The key skills that are required are: 5+ years experience of Service Design Experience in using service design principles and methods including user research, customer journey mapping, service blueprints and facilitating workshops Evidence of managing multiple projects concurrently Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams Experience working on IAM projects If the above looks like a good fit for you please apply below
