General Operative

Barker Ross Recruitment are currently looking for General Operatives to work with one of the largest established panel manufactures in Newark. The company works based on projects received from their clients and produces the best quality products. This large factory is based in Newark, NG23 and is excited to welcome new people on board. The Role: As a general Operative, you will be reporting directly to shift supervisors and join a busy operations team and support the growth and development of their range of products. This is a full-time temp to perm role working approximately 40 hours per week. Duties of a Precast Operative: House keeping Line production/operation machine minding/operating. Quality checking Heavy lifting of panels The right Candidate for a general Operative role: Good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Ability to organise own workload and prioritise tasks. A flexible and positive 'can do' approach with a team working attitude.
