What We Offer: * Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum DOE * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work Environment: Hybrid opportunities * Office Locations: Tring, Milton Keynes, Luton (flexible working locations) * Growth Opportunities: Excellent prospects for career advancement * Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities: * Manage commercial property matters related to asset portfolio management and the public sector. * Handle a diverse caseload, providing expert advice on all aspects of land dealings. * Offer expert legal advice on commercial property matters, including asset portfolio management, development, sale, lease, and governance of public sector land holdings. * Support the clients objectives by aligning legal guidance with commercial property strategies and policies, demonstrating an understanding of local authority governance. * Deliver timely and effective legal services to the clients and its partners. * Identify opportunities for improvements in team systems and processes, contributing to ongoing enhancements in commercial property legal services. * Participate in service improvement initiatives, supporting strategic and service objectives outlined in the Legal Services Strategy and Service Development Plan. Person Specification: * Fully qualified solicitor. * 4 years PQE +. * Proven track record in dealing with commercial property law in the public sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Ability to travel as needed.
