??We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who gets Peachies—someone who’s as obsessed with our brand as we are. You’ll be our digital storyteller, crafting and executing social media strategies that make waves online. You’ll need to have an eye for design, a knack for witty captions, and a passion for growing our vibrant community.IN MORE DETAIL
??Organic and Social Media Strategy:Create and execute our organic social marketing strategy, ensuring this aligns with the holistic marketing strategy including email, partnerships and paid social.Create and implement killer strategies for our organic channels like Instagram (and in the future other platform).Keep up with the latest social media trends and ensure Peachies is always ahead of the curve.Grow our following and boost engagement, making Peachies the go-to brand for modern parents.Content Creation:Produce and share engaging content—photos, videos, reels, stories - that captures the essence of Peachies and write captions that make people smile, laugh, and click that “follow” button.Collaborate with our freelance content creators and designersRun strategy for our blog for new nappy wranglers and seasons pros alike “The Derrière Diaries”Maintain a consistent brand vibe across all platforms.Brand Ambassadors, Content Creators and Partnerships:Find and collaborate with brand ambassadors and content creators who live and breathe the Peachies ethos.Manage relationships and content flow, ensuring everything is on-brand and on-point.Align and run exciting brand partnerships with other companies to break outside of our category and appear where parents least expect us.Community Management:Engage with our followers - reply to comments, start conversations, and make everyone feel like part of the Peachies family.Encourage user-generated content and foster a community that loves to share and talk about Peachies.Analytics & Reporting:Keep tabs on our social media metrics and KPIs.Regularly report on performance, offering insights and ideas for what’s next.WHO YOU ARE
