Site Manager

PSR are working with a Tier 2 contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to help assist with the delivery of clean water treatment projects. You'll look to ensure resources are utilised correctly to ensure efficiency is achieved and to optimise the workforce to meet deadlines. Furthermore, you'll be expected to implement and monitor health, safety, quality and performance standards and ensure all work meets required water industry regulations. Site Manager Responsibilities Oversee the management of clean water treatment projects by proactively managing site-based Supervisors and Delivery Teams ensuring safety, quality and time frames drive performance Responsible for delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work, actively managing any slippage Proactively support planning responsibilities to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption, these include resourcing, project requirements and estimationsRequirements as a Site Manager Knowledge and Experience in the water industry To have a certificate in Site Safety Management / SMSTS (or attended a 5-day course) To hold relevant CSCS card For more information on this role or to discuss your next career move please contact Dylan @ PSR Solutions
