SUPER PRIME RESIDENTIAL PROJECT DIRECTOR

Please note MUST have extensive experience delivering High End/Super Prime Residential projects and live within commutable distance from Hertfordshire to be considered for this role. The Project: £50m, 22,000 sq.ft, Stone new build in Hertfordshire with the highest quality bespoke and rare finishes. The Business: Family run business, operating for over 25 years in the High End/Super Prime market who thrive in taking on scheme’s other contractors simply won’t. “TEAM” Is key… No one knows everything and there is no such thing as a stupid question. This approach provides for a harmonious working environment without the need for micromanagement. The Role/Requirements: Spearheading the delivery of this challenging project whilst being the first point of call for the client. * Extensive construction knowledge of the super prime construction sector, applicants should have headed up and delivered a circa £20m project. * Capable of producing comprehensive detailed construction reports and programmes using Asta power project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel, to be delivered to clients, client teams and Directors
