Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are looking to recruit two live in care professionals to work on a two week on, two week off rota. Following a person-centred care plan, you will tailor your support to meet our clients' needs.Your role will include:You'll be matched with our client based on your skills and you client's needs, providing tailored support and companionshipFollowing our client's individual care plan, you will generally provide a daily average of 10 hours care provision to your clientMoving and handlingPersonal careMedication supportFood and nutrition supportCooking, cleaning and ensuring the smooth running of the client's homeBenefits include:Competitive rates of £125 per day (up to £23k per year based on a 2 week on, 2 week off rota). Bank holiday rate of £187.50Travel allowance, up to £50 per placementWeekly support visits with our lovely Team Leaders and 24/7 telephone supportMedicash Scheme (Private Health Insurance) Paid mileage, 45p per mile & paid car MOTPaid training and shadow visitsRegular team meet-ups and social eventsAward winning training, including Care Certification, City & Guilds Dementia training and Parkinson's Disease specialist trainingEmployee Assistance Programme with access to counselling and adviceReferral scheme - £250 per referralQualificationsQualificationsWe will provide comprehensive training and on-going support.We're looking for:Professional experience with complex care needsProfessional care experience gained in ANY care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant or similar. You must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK.A driver's licence and a car is an advantage but not a requirement.You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
