Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid Working - 3-days in the office and 2-days working from home - Monday-Friday) Company Benefits: Pension (Contributory scheme run - matched contributions up to 5% of base salary) + Private Medical Insurance + Permanent Health Insurance + Life Assurance (x4 base salary) + 25 days holiday PA (+ x8 public holidays) Job Description: Our client who are a leading Construction Project Management, Cost Management and Programme Management Consultancy is currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to sit within the Healthcare / Education Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover. Invested heavily in their Digital Capabilities - Live Cost Data Reporting on projects and allowing the team to be more efficient and offering their clients quicker and more accurate data. Responsibilities: Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques. Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies. Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards. Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators. Qualifications: In order to be consider for this role you must have at least 5 years experience working as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the Healthcare sector however our clients is also looking for candidates with experience in other sectors such as: Science / Research, Pharmaceutical, Commercial New Build/ Refurb and Data Centres. Within a Construction/ Property Consultancy you will be successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it and will likely have some direct team management responsibilities (perhaps managing Assistant / Graduate Project Managers). Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, surveying, or architecture and it would be desirable if you're chartered (or currently in the process of gaining your MRICS, MCIOB or CHPP qualification).
