Science Teacher Location: Sheffield Start Date: ASAP Salary: £140 - £190 per day Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher ready to inspire and engage students? This is an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Science to deliver engaging Science lessons, create lesson plans that align with the curriculum, and support students in their academic journey. Responsibilities of Science Teacher: Teach Science across various key stages in schools. Develop and implement engaging Science lessons that follow the curriculum. Plan and deliver a syllabus that excites and inspires students. Prepare detailed lesson plans, ensuring all students are supported. Provide one-to-one and small group academic support to enhance student learning. Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, working collaboratively with fellow staff members. Inspire students to develop a passion for Science, encouraging inquiry and exploration. Science Teacher Job Requirements: QTS or equivalent such as QTLS, PGCE, or ECT is required. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field. Experience teaching Science at multiple key stages. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for supporting student development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing high-quality education.
