SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Logistics Manager to join our clients team in Birmingham on a 3 month Fixed term contract.
Suitable for a candidate with a warehouse/logistics management background.
MUST be immediately available.
Location: Birmingham
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Day Rate: Up to £190 per day
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse/logistical operations, including inventory control, receiving, and distribution of supplies.
Managing deliveries, goods in/out and daily operation
Ensure efficient organisation of storage areas and maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with staff to facilitate timely order fulfilment and deliveries.
Monitor logistics processes, addressing any issues to maintain smooth operations.
Implement best practices for safety, compliance, and quality assurance within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Manager
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
