Role Nigel James Associates have partnered with an innovative financial planning company who are at the forefront of providing advice utilising technology. They are seeking a new Head of Mortgages to provide advice alongside leading the mortgage division, which includes other Mortgage Advisers and Administrators. You must be an experienced Mortgage Adviser that has either led/managed a team of Mortgage Advisers. You will be a driven individual and like working as part of a highly dynamic business as the mortgage division is a high performing team. Our client is looking for somebody that has an appetite to continue building the team which would eventually lead to a pure management role. Our client wants to stand out and be different to set themselves apart from the traditional planning model. This will include an attractive basic salary, and bonuses based on yours and your team’s performance.
