Job Duties:

Demand forecast:

  • Responsible for purchasing goods for the European and UK markets, including both direct sales and distribution business. Upon the arrival of goods, enter product information into the system.
  • Responsible for analyzing market product data in Europe and UK. Collaborate with the relevant department to continuously forecast demand.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of demand forecasting, including improvements and tracking of deviations. Oversee the execution of the current plan.

Inventory management:

  • Initiate inventory plan, optimize inventory turns.
  • Analyze unsalable inventory and initiate solutions for aging inventory.

Replenish orders:

  • Working with EU RDC to replenish goods for all the countries in EU and UK.
  • Work with HQ SCM on supply plan regarding shortage SKU/Hot SKU for EU RDC.
  • Coordinate with HQ SCM/EU RDC to complete logistics and last mile delivery flow.

Others:

  • Communicate and collaborate with store operations, design, business, marketing, and IP departments at headquarters to coordinate resources in support of marketing or project needs.
  • Work with the headquarters team to complete other related tasks.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of retail work experience
  • Familiar with the development of product strategic plans.
  • Proficient in various Office software applications
  • Highly responsible with strong skills in communication, coordination, and organization.
  • English as the working language, with Mandarin as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
