Sales Manager

Sales Manager required for our client located in Isle of Wight, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Branch Manager by motivating and managing their sales team, building professional relationships with solicitors, lenders and other estate agency companies.

The Sales Manager will ideally have prior experience in real estate and sale with knowledge of the current market conditions.

Sales Manager Remuneration

• Basic Salary: 25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
• On Target Earnings: 35,000 - 40,000
• 3,000 Car Allowance or Company Car
• 5 days per week including some Saturdays (Alternate Weekends)
• Holiday Commission

Sales Manager requirements

• Previous experience in a sales environment
• Minimum of 6 Months prior managerial experience in a similar role
• A full driving license
• Great customer service and leadership skills
• Strong work ethic
