System Analyst

Systems Support Analyst | Hybrid from Cheltenham| £34,000 + bonus

We are on the lookout for a Systems Analyst to join a leading engineering business in Cheltenham.

As a Systems Support Analyst, you will provide support to internal and external users of the companies diverse suite of business focused applications, ERP / CRM systems.

Role:

• Manage support calls and tickets from IT Service Desk
• Provide internal and external customers support on the companies platforms
• Assist users with queries relating to their Dynamics 365 and COINS systems, such as user issues, user amendments, financial/sales queries and data changes.
• Maintaining a log of the support calls and resolution
• Document work or changes that are made
• Escalate 2nd /3rd line queries when appropriate

Requirements:

• At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a Support Desk or Application support role, ideally supporting a CRM / ERP system
• Experience taking a high volume of tickets in an engineering, manufacturing, house builder or similar industry would be ideal
• Experience of Dynamics 365 or COINS would be great but not essential
• Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process
• Great troubleshooting experience
• Great communicator
