Order Processing Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking to recruit an order processing manager to join their team. Our client specialises in installing high quality windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries for the domestic market. They work with leading industry partners to deliver projects to their customers around Warwickshire, Leicestershire and surrounding areas. The right candidate for this position will have current / recent experience order processing upvc windows and doors on industry specific software Logikal, Windows Designer, Business Micros etc. The role responsibilities: * Support and manage a small team of order processors * Manage installation teams work schedules ensuring that the product is completed on time * 1st look at surveys, input ready for them to be checked and processed. * Stock Orders and checks * Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts * Chasing late/ missing deliveries * Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads * Manage snagging issues that happen on site quickly and manage the service engineer’s diary, including ordering parts where necessary * Manage multiple projects of various sizes effectively and efficiently * Deliver excellent customer service at all times * Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm The candidates skills & experience: * Have current or recent experience order processing upvc and aluminium windows and doors * Experience using Logikal, Windows Designer, Business Micros or something similar * Be able to manage and support a small team * Have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills * Problem solver and team player * Be able to work in a fast paced environment * Must currently reside in the UK If you would like to find out more about this role, please click ‘apply’ or contact Guy at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM5933
