We are supporting one of the leaders globally within the Higher Education services market, my client offers digital and business process outsourcing services right across multiple regions to many leading universities. Based out of the US they and founded in 2020, they have expanded quickly becoming a leading player in their emerging and fast-growing market, they are very ambitious and are seeking out opportunities to enter new regions and in addition to diversify into to markets with growth opportunities.
The operating model is set up with a group structure, over seeing distinct regional businesses each with their own CEO and operating board, each business has its own individual investment and growth strategy, however they all share common group technology and tie into group strategy.
We are looking for a Vice Chairperson / Regional CEO who will be the number two to their Global Chairperson / Global CEO, this new hire will have responsibility for strategic leadership and governance outside of North and South America.
Location – London / UK, with travel globally

The profile and background of the ideal person we are looking for will be able to demonstrate experience in each of these areas whist working in the Education or Online programme management sector (BPO), the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of and a reputation in the Higher Education Sector. It would be beneficial to have worked in a business which has seen fast growth and has entered new markets or you will have worked in an organisation that has seen significant change. My client is looking for someone with strong credibility in the Higher Education Sector or potentially Digital / Business Process Outsourcing Market
