Experienced Front of House Manager

Front of House Manager – Creative Agency 45-50K Leading independent creative business are in search of a talented Front of House Manager to join their busy team! Based in stunning offices in Central London, this is the perfect opportunity to join a studio with people and culture at it's very core! In this role, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring the clients, team, and community feel welcomed and inspired every time they step into this vibrant office. You’ll help maintain the creative space as a welcoming, safe, and exciting environment, while also playing a key role in supporting leadership and coordinating memorable studio events. Ensure a first-class service experience for clients, team members, and visitors. Manage and support the Front of House staff and studio runners including recruitment, holiday management, reviews and career development Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a vibrant, safe, and creative environment. Provide executive support to the leadership team as needed. Provide admin support including arranging travel, booking meetings, booking taxis and couriers, invoice approvals, etc. Experienced FOH Manager ideally from within a creative business Previous management experience Someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service Strong admin background (able to book flights, travel, credit card reconciliations while welcoming guests) High energy and able to bring a great atmosphere and vibe to this creative office This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy creative agency where you can put your personal stamp on the role and create a fantastic buzz in the office!
