After a significant funding round backed by some of the biggest VCs in the industry, they’re now in need for a hands-on and creative performance marketer to work cross functionally with highly experienced founders and world-class agencies, within a dynamic and fun growth team. Performance Marketing Creative / Creative Strategist will:- Proactively research competitors and develop original ad concepts across a range a channels and media forms. Own the creative process end-to-end, from initial concept to briefing, production oversight, and incorporation of feedback for high-quality output. Leverage insights and data from agency, platforms and tools to inform new creative and revisions grounded in solid data. Performance Marketing Creative / Creative Strategist must have:- Proven creative marketing experience for a DTC business. A successful track record of creative content for Meta / Tiktok. Passion for creating fun, engaging content. A hunger for career progression is a rapidly growing business.
