We have an exciting opportunity within our growing Recruitment Team at Circet!Circet UK are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Slough.Working with Circet Circet Ireland & UK have built an ever-growing portfolio of specialist services. We are leading providers to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. With over 4000 employees across Ireland & UK we continue to bring people together to make this happen.**This role offers hybrid working - 3 days in our Slough office, 2 days working from home**Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for the recruitment process across Telecoms and Installations divisionsLead specific talent acquisition through headhunting methodologiesHigh volume candidate screening and interviewingSupport the recruitment function for Circet UK, both strategically and operationallyImplementing forward thinking attraction strategies to find the top talent in the industryBuilding strong relationships across the business with all key stakeholders to Board levelDevelop and drive talent acquisition, ensuring Circet is seen as an employer of choiceRepresent Circet at multiple company eventsManage regular reports for the Head of Recruitment Directors, including recruitment forecastsConsistently meet KPI's including attrition ratesProvide advice and lead with pragmatic and proactive solutions to complex recruitment issues, thinking of innovative ideas to ensure the delivery of projects is not affectedKnowledge & Skills Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Experience recruiting high volumes of Blue Collar workers – operatives, engineers etcPrevious experience in a similar role within a Telecoms / Construction / Civil Engineering companyExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookConfident sales attributesThe ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressureDemonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbalExhibit analytical and problem-solving skillsEstablish good working relationships with colleaguesHave integrity and humility in all aspects of workPossess time management skills and be friendly and have an upbeat attitudePrevious experience leading a small team is preferred but not essentialWhy work in Circet?
