Senior Building Surveyor - Liverpool

Conrad Consulting are currently representing a prominent property consultancy in Liverpool, seeking a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services. You'll manage a diverse range of projects, from building inspections to contract administration, ensuring excellence and compliance throughout.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • Conduct comprehensive building assessments
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients
  • Oversee and mentor junior surveyors
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

  • RICS accredited with substantial experience in building surveying
  • Proven client management abilities
