Our projects involve waterproofing structures, preventing water ingress, and damp proofing. Role: Multi-Trade Operative: Experience Required: * Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. * Carpentry: Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repairs. * Electrical: Competent in electrical work, such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. * Waterproof structures, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture. * Address water ingress issues promptly. * Damp-proof walls, floors, and basements. Requirements: * Clean Driving License: You’ll be traveling between sites, so a valid driving license is essential. * CSC Card: Certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). * Clear DBS Check: We prioritize safety and trustworthiness.
