This is a varied and challenging role that will put you at the heart of how we grow and scale our platform and business. You are a natural good communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, a flexible approach and a willingness to learn.ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst at TRG, responsibilities include: Business & Systems AnalysisPartnering with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirementsWorking closely with project management, business and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user storiesProviding data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritisationProcess StandardsThrough workshops, knowledge sharing and standards, partnering across the business to document business processesCapturing business rules alongside processes; ensure they are fit forpurpose and turned into system requirementsOwning process documentation standards and ensuring they are metStakeholder ManagementBuilding effective relationships with business sponsors and championsTeamCollaborating with developers, designers, and broader stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experienceParticipating in retrospectives and mentor staff in your areas of expertiseParticipating in Agile planning sprints to support the prioritisation and management of the team’s capacityManaging relationships with internal and external teams to ensure service quality remains highWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a seasoned BA, with at least five years' experience working cross-functionally.
