Contract Supervisor

Role - Repairs Supervisor Location - Finsbury Park Salary - £42,000 - £45,000 Van and fuel card included  Build Recruitment are currently looking for Repairs Supervisors to work for a reputable company based in their Finsbury Park office. The role will also be specialising in repairs so experience as a Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor, Disrepair Supervisor, Voids Supervisor or Responsive Supervisor is needed.  Relevant expereince in Social Housing, Councils, Housing associations, Local Authorities or Properties is required,  Responsibilities:  To motivate, coach and retain tradespeople Devise a method for accurately assessing and categorising the competency profile of all team members Health & Safety Performance of contractors Selection and recruitment of Tradespeople Performance management of Tradespeople Excellent communication skills Excellent leadership skills Experience of SOR You need:  Good understanding of building maintenance Experience of supervising teams Social Housing experience  H&S Qualification MUST HAVE - SSSTS Please apply by contacting (url removed) Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
